I agree that in order to keep my account active, I must purchase a minimum of $100.00 in product per month. If my account becomes inactive I may be required to reapply before new orders can be placed.

I understand that Tekno RC will only ship packages to my business address (No drop shipping).

All orders must be paid in full (either on our website or via bank wire transfer) before being shipped.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or credit are given. If a product is defective, please contact us.

We prefer orders over $1000 USD to be paid by bank wire transfer. Orders via the website paid by PayPal may incur a transaction fee.

For website orders, shipping will be through the method chosen on our website. Email orders and website orders over $1000.00 USD will be shipped by DHL Express or FedEx Express. You can also choose to ship to a USA based freight forwarder, however we will include the actual invoice and send signature required. We do not devalue invoice totals for any reason.
