The new Tekno RC EB48 1/8th Electric Buggy proved its durability this weekend in a big way. The MBRC 10 Hour endurance race took place in Meux (Namur) Belgium. 10 teams would take the track for 10 hours and the EB48 would finish 12 laps ahead of 2nd place. Rain turned the 1000ft+ (330m) track into a mud bog early on, but that didn’t slow down the new buggy. The track would eventually dry up as the race wore on. The Belgian TecRace team (drivers and mechanics) held it together the whole time and the only parts that had to be replaced after 10 hours of racing were a couple of seized bearings. Nice work guys!
The Tekno RC EB48 launch has been a tremendous worldwide success. Look out for the EB48 at your local track :).
